The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids to furnish materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor, machinery, and services to complete the Asbestos Abatement at the Ferguson Park Building accordance with the bid documents. The Contractor must clear, remove and haul any and all debris to an approved EPD landfill or location. The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: Worker's Compensation: Statutory (only with 3+ employees) Commercial General Liability: 1 Million per occurrence / 2 Million general aggregate Comprehensive Vehicle Liability: 1 Million combined single limit Umbrella Liability: 1 Million per occurrence / aggregate The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City will make said determination. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
