Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. This project is located at the William Peccole Park Field on the University of Nevada, Reno's main campus. The scope includes a complete interior renovation of the existing locker room building that serves the baseball team. Special Considerations: The University of Nevada, Reno baseball program will begin for the fall starting September 23, 2024. Contractor to ensure all areas of work are properly secured to keep pedestrian traffic out of the work site. This includes any fencing and signage. Location of project will be adjacent to another project under construction during the same time, the Peccole Park Field Turf Replacement Project. Contractor to take into consideration access and surrounding areas will have heightened vehicle and personnel traffic surrounding project area. Contractor will need to coordinate staging efforts with Owner.
