NTP Pond No 13 Dredging Project This project consists of vegetation removal and dredging the existing sewage holding basin located at North Treatment Plant Pond No. 13 in Houma, Louisiana. The vegetation shall be removed and disposed of at the location designated by the Owner. Accumulated sludge will be removed by dredging this material in order to increase and enhance the storage capacity of the basin. The dredged material will be processed and disposed of at the location designated by the Owner. This project will comply with LPDES guidelines for the processing and disposal of the dredged material. Bid date notes: Vendors/Contractors have the option to submit their bids electronically or by paper copy. Each bid shall be either hand delivered by the bidder or his agent, or such bid shall be sent by United States Postal Service registered or certified mail with a return receipt requested or shall be submitted electronically with online (CAH). Bids shall not be accepted or taken, including receiving any hand delivered bids, on days which are recognized as holidays by the United States Postal Service.
