**Per Addendum 1 extended bid date from 06/24/24 to 07/01/24** The scope of this project is the installation of two (2) ADA-compliant asphalt raised crosswalks, ADA ramps and landings, and one (1) valley gutter on West Blount Street. A bid alternative is listed for two (2) raised crosswalks with brick pavers and ribbon curb, along with the valley gutter. The efforts associated with this project include, but are not limited to, excavation, removal/replacement of existing landscaping, mailboxes, water meters, water valves, asphalt work, and concrete work. All work shall be in accordance with the general notes, specifications, and construction plans included as Attachment A. Below are the street name and limits of work for the proposed sidewalk. The contractor shall bid this project according to the constraints of the general notes, specifications, and construction plans. A site visit to determine any unforeseen issues is strongly recommended.
