The project involves building repair and upgrades to the building shell, including siding, roofing, and flashing repair/replacement, insulation and wall finish replacement, door replacement, concrete stoop replacement, porch additions, gutters and downspouts and limited civil work including stormwater and re-grading. The project includes limited plumbing, mechanical and electrical scope. The Construction Contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and qualified bidder. The Owner does retain the right to reject any, and all bids, or to waive informalities and irregularities in the Owner's best interest. Bid bond security equaling 5% of the bid total.
