Project was awarded to Seaboard Construction in the Amount of $ 293,759.83 THE CITY OF ST. MARYS, GA PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT is soliciting bids for the ST. MARYS FY 2023 LMIG PROJECT (LIST#2) as described below in the Scope of the Work. The work shall include resurfacing, striping, sidewalk, and handicap ramp improvements. Bids may be withdrawn by written request only if the request is received prior to the time and date set for the opening bids. Negligence on the part of the bidders in preparing his bid confers no right of withdrawal or modification of his bid after bid has been opened. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time and date of opening of bids.
