THE CITY OF ST. MARYS, GA PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT is soliciting bids for the ST. MARYS FY 2022 LMIG PROJECT as described below in the Scope of the Work. The work shall include resurfacing, striping, sidewalk, and handicap ramp improvements. Questions regarding this project may be directed in writing to the City of St. Marys Public Works Director, Bobby Man, at 418 Osborne Street, St. Marys, Georgia, 31558 or email at. Please keep all questions in a written or electronic format. No contract with the City of St. Marys, Georgia for work to be done shall be valid for any purpose unless the Contractor shall give a Bid Bond with good and sufficient surety payable to, in favor of, and for the protection of the City of St. Marys, Georgia. The Bid Bond shall be in the amount of not less than 5% of the total amount payable by the terms of the Contract. No bid shall be read aloud or considered if a proper Bid Bond has not been Submitted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to re-advertise, pursuant to federal and state law.
