Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Saint Louis, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 4.5 miles of water main replacement and road reconstruction throughout the City of St. Louis including water main valve replacements, lead service line replacements, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and restoration. Question Deadline 06/17/2024 This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF), via the United States Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program, including the use of Davis Bacon Wage Rates. The City of St. Louis is required to follow the contract provisions provided by the DWSRF program which are included in the Appendix. A pre-bid conference will not be held for the project. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A.
