Reference Number 0000358340 Delivery Point: 137 N Mill St, Saint Louis MI 48880 The Gratiot County Land Bank Authority (GCLBA) has been awarded funding from the State Land Bank Authority (SLBA) Blight Elimination Program (Round 3) for the acquisition and stabilization of a building at 137 N. Mill Street, St Louis, Gratiot County, State of Michigan contingent upon environmental assessments. A Phase I Environment Site Assessment is provided here. The GCLBA would like to receive a quote for a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment including these items below and any other items you deem necessary. Scope of Services Requested: Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (Subsurface Investigation) Phase II or BEA Report We would like Phase II to at least include: Advance three (3) soil borings up to 20.0 feet below ground surface Collect up to 3 soil and 3 groundwater samples for lab analysis of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and lead. Collect 3 soil gas samples for lab analysis for VOCs (TO-15) Conduct a ground-penetrating radar survey (GPR) Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required - License Required - Prevailing Wage Required Award Requirements - All or None Award
