Bids for the construction of the following Project: Contract #2: Phase II Valve Replacements he Project includes the following Work: City-wide replacement of water main gate valves. The City of St. Louis is required to follow the contract provisions provided by the DWSRF program which are included in the Appendix. A pre-bid conference will not be held for the project.
