Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Louis, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This work shall consist of all labor, materials and equipment required to maintain traffic within the construction influence area of the SRF Project No. 7872-01 Contract #1: Phase II Water Main Improvements. Question Deadline 06/16/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 1.5 miles of water main replacement and road rehabilitation throughout the City of St. Louis This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF), via the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program, including the use of Davis Bacon Wage Rates. The City of St. Louis is required to follow the contract provisions provided by the DWSRF program which are included in the Appendix. A pre-bid conference will not be held for the project.
