Stormwater GIS Technical Support Request for qualifications is to supplement City staff and resources in the City's review and update of the storm water system GIS data and assist in providing accurate inventory of the City's storm water system within GIS. This will support long term storm water infrastructure planning and hydraulic modeling. The City is seeking a qualified consultant to provide professional geographic information systems (GIS) and engineering services. The consultant team will be comprised of GIS Professionals and Storm water Engineers with knowledge of storm water infrastructure and experience in storm water modeling to provide quality control reviews and updates to the City's storm water GIS system. The existing GIS data set will be thoroughly reviewed and updated with accurate information as necessary to implement the Plan. Outside the scope of this contract, the City will use the storm water GIS asset system data to develop hydraulic models that evaluate system capacity to identify flood risks. The data will also be incorporated into the Cartegraph OMS work order asset management software to develop Overall Condition Index ratings for all storm water system assets.
