Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Aynor, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.

Renovations to auditorium including installation of new lighting, a new lift, and finishes. The scope of work requires the Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily complete the project as detailed in Exhibit A and associated specifications and plans as provided by Horry County School. The overall project involves renovations to the auditorium including, but not limited to, installation of a new lift, new lighting, and restroom accessories and finishes. New seating will be provided by a fixed (auditorium) seating vendor through a direct contract with the District. Coordination between the Contractor and the fixed seating vendor will be required.
