Replacement of HETC Boiler in Building Z at RRC Polytech - Notre Dame Campus (NDC). Scope of Work and Deliverables Replace Boiler The successful vendor shall: Removal and disposal of existing failed boiler. Supply and install one AERCO Benchmark 3000 fully packaged commercial hydronic, natural gas fired, forced draft, fire-tube, high-turndown, high efficiency boiler. Dual-Fuel Series Natural Gas and Propane Fired, Condensing, Forced Draft, Low NOx, Hot Water Boiler System. Integrate the newly installed Boiler into the existing boiler communication gateway. Commission the Boiler in reference to existing boiler control strategy (Delta Controls technician will be required for this work as a subcontractor to successful proponent). Fulfill any balancing requirements.
