Renovation of a laboratory facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Projects Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for HVAC Upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). The work is being done in a two-storey laboratory building at 545 University Crescent, Winnipeg, MB. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a new air handling unit and extending partition walls to the floor deck above. Work site location will be partially occupied during construction. A performance bond of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price for the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen performance bond included as Schedule A of Appendix 4 (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement; and A labour and material payment bond of Fifty Percent (50%) of the cost of the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen labour and material payment bond included as Schedule B of Appendix 4 (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement.
