The project will generally consist of furnishing and installation of approximately 1,690 feet of 6-inch Schedule 40 PVC conduit, 740 feet of 4-inch Schedule 40 PVC conduit, 1,585 feet of 3-inchSchedule 40 PVC conduit, 5,485 feet of 2-inch Schedule 40 PVC conduit, 12 - 6" X 36" radius steel ells, 12 - 4" standard steel ells, 27 - 3"standard steel ells, 66 - 2" X 24" radius steel ells, 107 - 2" standard steel ells for electric and refeed 2 electrical service locations; 2,140feet of 12" D.I.P., 40 feet of 10" D.I.P., 60 feet of 8" D.I.P., 20 feet of 6"D.I.P., 610 feet of 2" Yelomine pipe, 80 feet of 2" P.V.C. pipe and multiple connections to existing mains and services for water. All bidders must be licensed in accordance with the requirements of the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board including Act 150 of 1965,as amended, and must be legally qualified in all respects to conduct business in Arkansas. To qualify, bidders must provide a financial statement, a verifiable statement of experience and equipment schedule as more fully defined in the instructions to bidders. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount and form, subject to the conditions as provided in the information to bidders. The qualifying bidder must be able to provide a performance bond.
