Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Raymore, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Construction of this project includes a roadway extension along dean avenue, a new bridge connecting the existing 195th Street to Dean Avenue, and finally a roadway realignment and widening along 195th street among two plan sets "Dean Avenue Extension Bridge and 195th Street Intersection" and "Dean Avenue Extension and 195th Street Widening", the project includes demolition of existing infrastructure, earthwork and grading, SWPPP BMP's. Roadway aggregate base, asphaltic concrete, concrete curb and gutter and concrete sidewalks along with a concrete bridge structure with Precast concrete girders. Additionally, there will be new storm sewer infrastructure, stream realignment and protection, existing sanitary sewer relocation, street lighting along Dean Avenue, underground conduits for Evergy primary power. Pavement markings and signage, temporary traffic control, guardrails, fencing and gates, retaining wall and landscaping will all be included as part of the project. Bidder must be a qualified bidder through the City of Raymore. All proposals will be considered lump sum proposal based on the RFP documents, but proposal shall break out all quantities and unit costs using the RFP bid form. The specific locations of the work to be done shall be contained in the bridge and roadway drawing packages. The contractor shall bid on all work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or deficiencies therein. To negotiate with any or all bidders or others for more favorable terms or prices, and to award a contract to other than the bidder submitting the lowest cost bid proposal, with or without negotiation and to determine which is the lowest best and most responsive, to accept, at its option, any alternates and to approve the bond.
