The Raymore-Peculiar School District is seeking bids for a high-quality contractor to build and install the design steel platform. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received, and to accept any or all portions of a bid is deemed to be in the best interest of the District. The Invitation to Bid implies no obligation on the part of the District, and the District's silence does not imply any acceptance or rejection of any bid or quotation offer. The District reserves the right to select a bid with higher prices than the lowest of all prices received if in the opinion of the District, interests will be best served by such bid. Raymore-Peculiar School District shall be the sole judge in determining successful bidder(s) in regard to quality, price, and performance. Project Addresses: Raymore-Peculiar LEAD Center 1210 West Foxwood Drive Raymore MO, 64083 This project involves building and installing the designed steel structure inside the Ray-Pec LEAD Center. Fabrication can take place off-site and be shipped to the site in pieces smaller enough to fit through the OH doors. All steel is to be primed when completed. The contractor is to warranty parts and labor one year from the project completion date. Steps/ladder to be included in the base bid. Substantial completion of the project Friday, July 12, 2024.
