Scope: This solicitation is to obtain services from a qualified contractor who shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, and all other services or items necessary to accept and dispose of, through composting, biosolids produced at the Broward County North Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (NRWWTP) for the Water & Wastewater Services and various other Broward County agencies in accordance with the Specifications and Requirements. Basis of Award : Award of this contract will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder on a total bid price (sum of all items) basis. Per paragraph 7 of General Terms & Conditions, the County reserves the right to award as deemed in its best interest. Q & A deadline: Jun 04, 2024 5:00:00 PM EDT Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through online by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via online.
