Pirtle Joint Venture ( SPJV ) Construction Company is Soliciting Subcontractors and Suppliers to Prequalify and Bid on the BCJC Demolition of West and Central Towers and West Wall Replacement, Project No. RFP/RLI # PNC2119163P1 Located at 201 SE 6th Street, Fort Lauderdale Fl 33301. The Project Includes Demolition of West and Central Towers and West Wall Replacement. Scope to Include, but Not Limited to, Building Demolition, Concrete & Masonry, Structural and MISC Metals, Caulking & Waterproofing, Roofing, Metal Wall Panels, doors & Hardware, Storefront & Curtainwall, Framing, Drywall & Stucco, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Earthwork & Site Utilities. the Projected Start of the Project is First Quarter of 2025. SPJV Encourages the Participation of Subcontractors and Vendors That Are Certified as CBE With Broward County. Interested Demolition Subcontractors Must Submit Certain, Job Specific Qualifications in Order to Be Invited to Bid.
