The Tree Services Contract provides for the trimming and removal of City owned trees. It is the intent of the City of Blue Springs to award one contract to provide for these services. The City of Blue Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein. The City of Blue Springs hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to advertisement; minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids without discrimination regardless of race, color, or national origin in consideration of any award. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof.
