Construction Services Plantes Ferry Sanitary Sewer Lift Station-forced Main Spokane County is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all materials, labor, permitting, and equipment necessary for the construction and installation of a sanitary sewer system including lift station, forced main and gravity main for Plantes Ferry Park. Engineer's Estimate: $435,000.00 - $485,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Representation of a prime contractor will be witnessed by signing in on the sign in sheet provided by the County at the conference. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. The board hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. Additionally, minority business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. The board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, portion or parts thereof, and to waive all minor irregularities in bidding. A copy of the bid is on file with the Clerk of the Board in the County Commissioners' Office. SUBMITTALS must be made on the bid response sheets contained in the Invitation to Bid document.
