Construction Services Plantes Ferry Sanitary Sewer Lift Station-forced Main Spokane County is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all materials, labor, permitting, and equipment necessary for the construction and installation of a sanitary sewer system including lift station, forced main and gravity main for Plantes Ferry Park. Engineer's Estimate: $435,000.00 - $485,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Representation of a prime contractor will be witnessed by signing in on the sign in sheet provided by the County at the conference. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
