Description

The City of Norwich is currently seeking bids for the construction of a gender-neutral bathroom facility, which will include two gender-neutral rooms and one mechanical room. This restroom is slated for installation adjacent to the Armstrong tennis court parking lot located at 76 Mohegan Road in Norwich, CT. The selected Contractor will be responsible for the construction of the restroom, including the installation of all site utilities and the establishment of turf as outlined in the attached plans and specifications. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Extent insulation work is shown on drawings and indicated by provisions of this section.
