The contractor is to remove and dispose ofthe existing structures. Contractor is to install new stairs and landings in similar dimensions, "ensuring" Building Dept/Zoning Compliance prior to installation. Materials to comply Building Department minimum standards ofpressure treated materials with exceptions ofthe tread decking material which shall be a mid-grade composite decking material. (Note: Contractor to submit basic drawings and material list for building department approval prior to beginning construction.) - Prepare and paint 2 coats with an encapsulate paint, Doorjamb treatment, Window band treatment, Remove all wires, as needed. Install L piece of aluminum, Remove all wood trim on window sills and cover with aluminum
