The project is located in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. The Work of this Contract generally includes the supply and installation of all labour, services, materials, testing and equipment to complete the work as indicated on the drawings and work indicated herein. Question Deadline 05/31/2024 CLARIFICATION Notify Engineer not less than four (4) working days before Tender Closing of omissions, errors or ambiguities found in Contract Documents. a written addendum will be issued. The Work shall include, but is not limited to: o Installation of new 146' x 126' multi-sport court to the Mariners Center location o Installation of asphalt multi-sport courts o Installation of engineered footings o Installation of sun shade canopy supports o Installation of lighting poles o Installation of underground electrical conduit o Installation of electrical panel o Installation of new electrical utility pole o Installation of French drain o Topsoil and hydroseed areas where reinstatement is necessary o Protection of any existing utilities o Disposal of unused and surplus materials off-site o Reinstatement of all disturbed surfaces as indicated on the drawings o Record drawing mark-ups and topographic survey of installed Works Estimated Duration of Contract (months): 2
