This project includes construction of a roundabout at SR 7 and Mashel Prairie Rd. and associated improvements. Estimated Value: $1,910,000.00 - $2,170,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. EXPECTED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: Bidder will agree to complete project (including accepted alternates) in accordance with drawings and specifications within 100 calendar days from the date provided on the Notice to Proceed letter. Small, Minority, Women, and Veteran-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. Set and maintain alignment and grades necessary for construction; including clearing limits, grading, utilities, roads, trails, and structures. Except for the data specified to be furnished by the Owner, the Contractor is responsible for calculations, surveying materials and measuring required for setting and maintaining the necessary lines and grades. Furnish copies of calculations and staking data, when requested by Project Representative. AutoCAD design data will be supplied by the State. B. Staking requirements that do not fit field conditions will be reviewed and, if necessary, adjusted by the Engineer. Revisions to the staking information will be provided for completing the work
