1. Install needed materials to complete Pole Barn 40' x 80'.
2. Install 24"x4" Rat wall 42" post Holes.
3. Excavate and install 4" 21aa Stone Base. 4" concrete 6 bag mix with 6 mill vapor barrier, 6x6 wire mesh.
Concrete to match building.
4. Remove and dispose of spoils. Finish grade around building to allow proper run off.
5. Match siding and trim on existing buildings. Steel ton siding, brown trim and roof.
6. 12' walls with 4/12 roof pitch.
7. One 10'x10' insulated roll up door flat panel.
8. One 3.0 insulated steel door flat panel.
9. Supply and install roof insulation.
10. Front apron 6" concrete 6x6 wire mesh 6 bag mix 40'x50'. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond issued by a qualified surety in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total sum of the bid as a guarantee of bidder's good faith. In the event a certified check is submitted, it shall be made payable to "Lincoln Park Public Schools". A successful bidder whose total bid equals or exceeds $50,000 will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond issued by a qualified surety in the amount of 100% of the bid price within ten (10) days after notice of the award. All bids shall be firm and not withdrawn for sixty (60) days from the date of the bid closing. For bids to be considered they must meet or exceed all specifications herein. All work shown on the plan set and within the specifications including all restoration must be completed no later than September 6, 2024. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to split awards by item, or to select one or more firms to perform the project.
