Description

Renovation of an educational facility in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Bidder and all Subcontractors under the Bidder shall comply with applicable federal, State, and local requirements relating to COVID-19 or other public health emergency/epidemic/pandemic including, if required, preparing, posting, and implementing a Social Distancing Protocol. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening. Question Deadline 05/30/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed via email to the District: Bridget Biggins e-mail at bbiggins@cuhsd.org. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the District in response to such questions will be issued in writing by Addenda and emailed, faxed, mailed, or delivered to all parties recorded by the District as having received the Contract Documents or posted on the District's website Municipal Meeting 06/20/2024
