This solicitation shall be awarded based on an evaluation of "best value" as per the evaluation criteria specified in the solicitation documents. This solicitation is funded by the California Department of Transportation grant program. Pursuant to San Jose Municipal Code 4.12.330, the City's Local and Small Business (LBE/SBE) Enterprise Preference does not apply to this procurement. The selected Consultant shall provide professional, high-quality services for the PROJECT as set forth in the Standard Consultant Agreement entered into between the City and the selected Consultant. The Scope of Work – Attachment A - generally describes the types of services to be provided under this agreement. The list is not comprehensive or exhaustive. The specific scope of work will be negotiated with the selected Consultant and may be subsequently amended as the PROJECT develops and/or on an as-needed basis.
