The City of San Jose is soliciting responses from qualified vendors to provide relocation planning and relocation assistance services that meet the criteria set forth in California Government Code ("GOV") 7260 et seq., California Code of Regulations ("CCR"), Title 25, 6000 et seq., and the City of San Jose Municipal Code ("SJMC") Chapter 17.23.1100. The Consultant will establish a uniform Relocation Assistance Program ("Program") and administer it in a manner that minimizes waste, fraud, and mismanagement, and reduces unnecessary administrative costs in accordance with GOV 7260.5(b) and (c). BASIS OF AWARD is Non-Price Determinative: This solicitation shall be awarded based on an evaluation of "best value" as per the evaluation criteria specified in the solicitation documents. LOCAL/SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PREFERENCE: The City's Local and Small Business Enterprise (LBE/SBE) Preference is applicable to this solicitation. If your business has an office in Santa Clara County and a valid City of San Jose Business Tax Certificate, then you should refer to the solicitation documents for further information on applying for this preference. This preference may not be requested after the solicitation closing date/time.
