This quantity of buildings does not include hospital facilities, Department of Defense school facilities, or Campbell Crossing privatized housing. The military community of Fort Campbell is located astride the Kentucky-Tennessee border. This contract will be used to restore, remediate, and mitigate damage to buildings, soil, water and air in both states. Services will include: Fire and Smoke Restoration. Water Remediation and Restoration. Odor Removal. Soil Remediation and Restoration. Bio-Hazard and Sewage Clean-up. Board-up and Tarping (Storm damage). Mold Remediation, Decontamination, and Disinfection. HVAC Air Duct Cleaning incidental to Restoration/Remediation. Renovation incidental to Restoration.
