DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) W912QR24B0013 for the Design-Bid-Build Construction of Vehicle Maintenance Shop Parking and Storage located in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The Contract Duration is estimated at five hundred and forty (540) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This IFB will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Construction contract. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
