Demolition and site work for a residential development in Concord, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
This is a Request for Bid (RFB) issued by the Department of Safety, Division of Administration, Facilities Management Bureau, to establish a service contract, pursuant to the specifications of this bid invitation and any resulting contracts. The term of any resulting contracts shall be for a period of approximately ninety (90) days commencing upon Governor & Council approval The State of New Hampshire shall have the right to terminate the contract at any time by giving the Contractor thirty (30) days advance written notice The successful contractor must be capable of providing the State of New Hampshire Department of Safety with demolition services without any delay or substitution. Only bids which include bids for all of the service requirements will be considered complete, partial offers will not be considered. The contract award shall be made to a Vendor meeting all terms and conditions of this RFB and providing the lowest total cost of the price for books only, books with CD's included and books with e-book option.
