Renovation of a municipal facility in Concord, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This RFP is strictly for Phase 1 of the project which includes an overall AV over IP solution for the SEOC as well as the installation of a Primary and 4 (four) smaller, Secondary Workgroup LED Video walls (within the SEOC). In addition, the audio-video needs to be updated in the Governor's suite and the Situation Room. The phase 2 project plan is to upgrade the audio-video in the following rooms (within the IPOC & SEOC): Media Room, 911 Conference Room and SEOC Conference Room Vendor Inquiry Period Ends (Final Inquiries due) May 8, 2024 Final State Responses to Vendor Inquiries May 22, 2024 .
