Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bemidji, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

As of June 25, 2024. Project is awarded to Gustafson Goudge in the amount of $3,289,350.30. This project includes the construction of the following: (5) Unit T-Hangar Bituminous Apron and Taxilanes Concrete Valley Gutter Storm Water Improvements Self - Service Fueling Station Watermain and Hydrant Installation Site Restoration Site Address: 2438 Moberg Drive NW Est. Completion Date: June 21, 2025 Description This work shall consist of furnishing and installing two (2 inch) thick insulation boards above possible freezing locations caused by cover depth over existing water mains. Locations shall be as designated in the plan together with locations to be designated by the engineer in the field. This work shall be performed in accordance with the details shown in the Plans, the application MnDOT Standard Specifications, and the following: 1. The insulation board shall be rigid extruded polystyrene conforming to the material requirements of MnDOT 3760. Styrofoam S.M. and Styrofoam TG brand insulation is an approved insulation material. 2. The insulation material shall be furnished in panels (2 inch) thick and shall be placed on a smooth level foundation a total of 4 inches thick; staggered in a manner that will provide joint overlaps a minimum of 6 inches on the underlying sheets and the edges shall be trim and square. No payment shall be made for overlap.
