A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project includes asphalt resurfacing portions of three residential streets and stormwater utility upgrades and curb ramp reconstruction on one residential street. Work includes, but is not limited to, saw cutting, pulverizing and relaying, hot mix asphalt, reconstruction of curb ramps, removal and replacement of storm drain inlets, and traffic control. A. Photographic Documentation Allowance 1. Includes the cost of producing hard copy photographs and electronic media as specified in section "Photographic Documentation." 2. Does not include Contractor manhours cost to perform photographic documentation. B. Testing and Inspection Allowances 1. Testing and inspection allowances include the cost of actual tests and inspections, and reporting results by testing agency. 2. The allowance does not include incidental labor required to assist the testing agency or costs for retesting if previous tests and inspections result in failure. 3. Costs of services not required by the Contract Documents are not included in the allowance. 4. Testing and inspection allowances include the following Specification Sections: a. Earthwork b.
