Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Sharon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. The work, in general, will include the following schedule of work: Site Work and Paving; New Tertiary Phosphorus Filter/Building/ Control/Equipment; New Chemical Feed System; Replacement of Existing Influent Fine Screen and Building Improvements; Improvements to Existing Building including Roof Replacements; New Wastewater Influent/Effluent Flow/Sampling Equipment; New Aeration Blower Motors/ VFD's; Site Piping; Aeration Diffuser Upgrades; New Standby Generator; Sludge Storage Tank Addition; Final Clarifier Equipment Replacement; Process Instrumentation and Equipment; Electrical Power Distribution and Lighting; and Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation. We encourage MBEs, DBEs, and WBEs to submit bid proposals. The solicitation of subcontractors must evidence a good faith effort to obtain bids from MBEs, DBEs and WBEs, such efforts to be documented. The Village of Sharon reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
