Site work and renovation of a civil project in Albion, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contract A awarded to L. D. Docsa Associates, Inc. for $3,127,000. The Project includes the following Work: The proposed Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Improvements include replacement of the high service pumps, replacement of the potassium permanganate mix-down system, replacement of the chemical feed pumps, rehabilitation and coating of the aeralators, replacement of the filter media, replacement of three butterfly valves and an air release valve, updates to the plant SCADA and electrical systems, recoating of piping, bolts, and pipe stands, replacement of building roof, renovation of laboratory space, addition of a vestibule area, upgrades to the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, improvements to the Clark Well Building #1 structure, replacement of the flow meters at Clark Well House No. 1, Star Well House No. 1, and Star Well House No.2 Question Deadline 06/18/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
