Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to remove existing asbestos siding and replace with new concrete fiber shake siding at the Department's Asotin Creek Wildlife Area, located at S Fork Rd, Asotin, Washington 99402, GPS coordinates 46.2250, -117.340, in Asotin County. Base bids greater than $150,000; Contractor shall provide separate Payment and Performance Bonds, each executed by Contractor and Contractor's Surety. B. The lowest responsive bid and responsible bidder is based upon the Base Bid. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract amount based on any or all of the bid items listed, to restrict the contract amount to the funds available, and to reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever and waive informalities. If the project is estimated at or above one million dollars, a mandatory 15 percent Apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of this contract.
