Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Asotin, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a development; and for the renovation of a residential development.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to remove existing asbestos siding and replace with new concrete fiber shake siding at the Department's Asotin Creek Wildlife Area, located at S Fork Rd, Asotin, Washington 99402, GPS coordinates 46.2250, -117.340, in Asotin County. This email may also be used to request copies of the project's posted documents For bids of $35,000 or less, no bid guarantee is required. Bids greater than $35,000 shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife in an amount equal to at least five-percent of the bid as evidence of good faith and as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the bidder will execute the Contract and give separate bond as required, see Section 00702.06. . Base bids greater than $150,000; Contractor shall provide separate Payment and Performance Bonds, each executed by Contractor and Contractor's Surety. B. Base bids $150,000 or less, Contractor shall provide separate Payment and Performance Bonds, each executed by Contractor and Contractor's Surety, unless the Contractor agrees Owner may, in lieu of the bond(s), retain 10 percent of the Contract Sum for the period allowed by RCW 39.08.010. The lowest responsive bid and responsible bidder is based upon the Base Bid. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract amount based on any or all of the bid items listed, to restrict the contract amount to the funds available, and to reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever and waive informalities. If the project is estimated at or above one million dollars, a mandatory 15 percent Apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of this contract. The Apprenticeship Utilization Requirements are identified in Section 00100 Instructions To Bidder. Bidders may contact the Department of Labor & Industries, Apprenticeship Programs.
