Renovation of a mixed-use development in Asotin, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The estimated cost of the work is $350,000. In accordance with state law, bidders are required to have a current Washington State contractor's license at the time of submitting bids. Each Bid must include a copy of the Contractor License, UBI Number, and address/contact information. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond with a State Licensed Surety, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total bid. This surety shall be forfeited in the event of failure by the successful bidder to sign a contract or to furnish the necessary one hundred percent (100%) Payment and Performance Bonds.
