As of July 30, 2024, the project was awarded to Boyer construction for $93,212.00 and Foundation Recovery System for $10,372.78. REPAIR AND WATERPROOFING OF FOUNDATION REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given that the Hillsboro Fire Protection District is seeking proposals for the repair and waterproofing of the foundation at Hillsboro Fire Protection District Station 1, 120 5th Street, Hillsboro MO, in accordance with the specifications on file at the Hillsboro Fire Protection District Administrative Offices at Station One. All pricing and proposals submitted must be valid for a period of at least 30 days to allow for Board approval for purchase. If proposals are submitted in person, the outside of the envelope must be properly marked "Repair and Waterproofing of Station 1" and with the vendor's name. All email proposals shall be marked Repair and Waterproofing of Station 1. No bid may be withdrawn after bid closing date. The Hillsboro Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid it feels is in the best interest of the district.
