The Pennsylvania Game Commission, Southeast Region, requires mechanical treatment of a wooded hillside which entails grinding, mulching, and land clearing of woody materials, mature trees, and grading on State Game Lands 280 encompassing approximately 21.2 Total Acres. Complete tree, stump, and grading of all trees and designated woodlot areas within the project area. Services shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, tools, and equipment for the treatment of the materials as per Attached "Job Specifications, Procedures and Terms". These specifications are included in the bid packet. All Purchase Orders require the contractor to provide the equipment, labor, insurance, and all miscellaneous expenses to complete the operation. Cutting Schedule for the Project Site: The contract term shall commence upon the contractor's receipt of the Purchase Order which included a notice to proceed and terminate June 30, 2025. The successful contractor may begin work on July 15th 2024, and all mulching, grinding and land clearing must be completed by December 31st, 2024. As a further guarantee of faithful performance of the conditions set forth in this Contract, the Successful bidder hereby agrees to furnish the Commission with Cashiers or Treasurers Check, Letter of Credit, or Insurance Bond payable to the Pennsylvania Game Commission, in the amount of $1500.00.
