Furnishing High-Density Polyurethane (HDP) Stabilization Services. The award of the Contract, if any award be made, will be to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder therefor whose Bid complies with all the prescribed requirements. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive minor technicalities or minor irregularities. Question Deadline 05/31/2024 If a Bidder has a question or inquiry concerning the Bidding Documents or concerning any technical requirements relating to the equipment or services to be furnished, inquiry should be made to (purchasing@ohioturnpike.org). Responses will be provided to all Bidders communicating an interest in the Bid Invitation. Inquires may be made up until the day prior to Bid Opening, subject, however, to the provisions contained in the Instructions to Bidders (Part 2) at Section B concerning the furnishing of Addenda and Section J covering the Opening of Bids. If the Contract has been awarded, all inquiries should be directed to the Commission's Chief Engineer, at the Commission's Administration Building (440) 234-2081.
