Reference Number 0000270831 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/06/17 02:00:00 PM EDT 1 Perform total mechanical systems testing, adjusting, and balancing. Requirements include measurement and establishment of fluid quantities of mechanical systems as required to meet design specifications and comfort conditions, and recording and reporting results. .2 Mechanical systems to be tested, adjusted and balanced include: .1 TAB of domestic water systems is to include: .1 domestic hot water recirculation piping (recirc pump VFD setting); .2 circuit setters review of fully open flow rates, and later adjusted rates (see application above), for all circuit setters installed under this contract: .3 tempered water piping flows through the mixing valves. .2 TAB of heating systems is to include piping and equipment fluid temperatures, flows and control, and if TAB is not done during heating season, a follow-up site visit during heating season will be required to confirm proper flows and temperatures, and any required system "fine tuning". A digital Bid Bond, in an amount of not less than 10 percent of the Bid Price. a) The Bid Bond must be endorsed in the name of the Owner (The Ottawa Hospital) as Obligee digitally signed and sealed by the duly authorized principal of the firm and surety.
