Contractor shall video the existing and current conditions of all project sites, equipment access, roads, sidewalks areas of work within the buildings, surrounding properties, structures, and the exterior of the building and roof where necessary. See Division 01 Sections "Execution" and "Monitoring of Existing Conditions" for requirements. B. Contractor shall be responsible to repair all surfaces disturbed by the activities of the project, as included, described, or resulting from the required work shown in the project. Replace the existing sanitary piping in the basement including all exposed and underfloor. 2. Replace the existing sanitary piping exterior to the building to the locations shown on the drawings. 3. Replace existing sanitary and vent risers where shown on Drawings. 4. Provide temporary portable restrooms for the duration of the project while the building restroom facilities are non-operational. E. .Facility Fire Alarm Scope Summary 1. Upgrade fire alarm network communications to Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) ESnet Multimode Fiber by SimplexGrinnell. 2. Provide optical fiber from building MDF to building Fire Alarm Control Panel(s). 3. Provide additional cabling as shown on plans. 4. Provide installation of fire alarm manufacturers equipment, testing and checkout. 5. Demolish existing copper network cabling after new installation is up and operational.
