Site work for a water / sewer project in Marysville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will include the installation of a 48" diameter storm sewer pipe in the abandoned railroad bed parallel to Hickory Drive. Once the storm sewer crosses Kenny Lane, an open ditch will be installed at the downstream end of the project routing the stormwater to Town Run. Question Deadline 08/21/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Every request for such interpretation should be addressed via the Question and Answer Section online and to be given consideration, must be received at least seven (7) calendar days prior the date fixed for opening of bids. All Bids must include payment of wages at prevailing wage rates pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC), Section 4115-15 and shall comply with the provisions, duties and obligations of ORC Section 4115. Further information provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a bond for an amount of 100% of the Bid if in the form of a Bid Guaranty or in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid if in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit, for and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders and pursuant with ORC Section 153.54, 153.57 and 153.571.
