Wastewater Collection System Pipe Maintenance Services
Wastewater Treatment Plant Pipe Maintenance Services
Storm Drain Pipe Maintenance Services
Irrigation Pipe Maintenance Services
These services are typically unplanned or considered emergency work for which staff is either not available, or which requires specialized equipment, skill, and/or knowledge of a general contractor. Depending on the quality and quantity of responses, the City may contract with up to two (2) proposers for each noted area of service need. The agreements will expire on June 30, 2029. Proposers may propose on one or as many categories as they are qualified to provide service for, as more specifically identified in the Scope of Work. City reserves the right to retain all Proposals for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days for examination and comparison. The City of Thousand Oaks may cancel this solicitation at any time.
