Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

As of June 20, 2024, This project has been awarded to Protech Asphalt Maintenance, with the awarded amount of $63,339.20. Project consists of placing approximately 1,530 square yards of asphalt in an existing gravel parking area in Stiefel Park. Approximately 600 square yards will be an asphalt overlay over existing surface. Approximately 930 square yards will require excavation with a rock base and asphalt courses installed. Two stormwater catch basins and approximately 100 linear feet of associated Smooth Lined Corrugated Plastic Piping will also be installed All bidders must submit bid security of a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via online. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Ellwood City Borough reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough and to reject any or all proposals. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
