Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Borough of Ellwood City, Pa, is requesting proposals for the labor and material for their 2025 Paving Project. The work is bituminous paving of Borough streets that includes ADA curb ramps, milling, scratch, binder, and wearing courses on8 streets under the base bid and 4 streets under the optional bid. This work will be performed under one (1) general contract. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid surety bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make such an award as most advantageous to the Borough. Bids may be held by the Borough for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the bid opening date.
